For those who have little experience with international contracts we suggest to follow the link to the Orgalime website, on the left side under external links 'draft contracts'. Tailor-made to machine manufacturers as well as electronic industry, you will find draft contracts for various cases in various languages. These drafts are more up to date than those well known as LW 188, later called ECE 188 originating from the UN, since they are dating back to the late 50´s of last century.
More information about contracts you can find at the UNIDROIT-Website. UNIDROIT stands for International Institute For The Unification Of Private Law.
